Some as introductory yoga sessions to promote good brain health and good movement. While I'm a retired Television Coordinator, I'm currently enjoying my second career as yoga therapist with Rosewood Counseling in East Stroudsburg as well as a yoga teacher in various studios and locations throughout and outside the Poconos. I'm very interested in hearing what your organization is about, possibly attending your affair in November and look forward to hearing from you. Namaste!
